The purpose of the league shall be to help all parents of St. Paul's Lutheran School to acheive greater competence in Christian child training.

To achieve this purpose, the league shall seek to:

1. Help parents, through a program of parent education, to increasingly understand and appreciate their children and to provide parents with skills needed for Christian training.
2. To help develop a closer relationship between then home and the Christian education agencies of the congregation especially through closer cooperation between parents and teachers.
3. To help develop an interest in Christian education in St. Paul's Lutheran Church and in the community.
4. To cooperate with and for the board of Christian Education for more effective Christian Education.

The league shall concern itself primarily with the preparation of a program to meet the above objectives.
